Our special rates are available only when you make your reservation directly with us either through our website or over the phone. These rates are not available if you make your reservation through an individual or online travel agent or another third party.
Our special rates apply only to the room rate and not any additional goods or services purchased as part of the reservation. These rates may not be combined with each other or any other special, promotion or discount, and they are subject to room availability, any other restrictions, and all other terms and conditions established by the Inn. We may modify or discontinue our special rates at any time.

Loyal Guests
Save 10% off our standard rate if any guest previously has stayed at the Inn at any time in the past.
Northeast Neighbors
Save 10% off our standard rate if any guest is a resident of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Vermont.
Seniors
Save 10% off our standard rate if any guest is 70 or more years of age at any time during the stay.
Juniors
Save 10% off our standard rate if any guest is between 12 and 35 years of age at any time during the stay.
COVID-19 Frontline Medical Personnel
Save 20% off our standard rate if any guest is a doctor, nurse, technician or other medical personnel who is actively involved in the frontline treatment of COVID-19 patients.
Military and First Responders
Save 10% off our standard rate if any guest is a current or former member of any branch of the United States military (including a reservist) or a current or former first responder such as a police officer, firefighter or emergency medical technician.
Low-Season Weekdays
Save 20% off our standard rate on a stay of 3 to 5 consecutive nights between Sunday and Thursday during our low season from November to May.
